When installing and handling mains voltage, it is essential to observe the VDE regulations. Devices that are operated at a voltage above
35 V may only be connected by a specialist. In any case it must be checked whether the kit or the board is suitable for the particular
is suitable or can be used for the respective application and place of use. The person who assembles and completes a circuit or a kit and completes it or makes an assembly ready for operation by extending it or installing it in a housing is considered to be the manufacturer according to DIN VDE 0869 and is obliged to supply all accompanying documents and also to state his name and address when passing on the device. Devices that are assembled from kits by the user are to be regarded as an industrial product in terms of safety.
Tools may only be used on devices, components or assemblies when it has been ensured that the devices are disconnected from the supply voltage and that electrical charges stored in the components located in the device have been discharged beforehand. Live cables or lines to which the device, component or assembly is connected must always be inspected for insulation faults or breaks. If a fault is detected in the supply line, the device must be taken out of operation immediately until the defective line has been replaced. When components or assemblies are used, attention must always be drawn to strict compliance with the characteristic data for electrical quantities given in the associated description. If it is not clear from an existing description for the non-commercial end user which electrical characteristic values apply to a component or an assembly, how external wiring is to be carried out or which external components or additional devices may be connected and which connection values these external components may have, an expert must always be consulted for information. Before commissioning a device, it must generally be checked whether this device or assembly is fundamentally suitable for the application for which it is to be used!
WARNING: Contains small parts that can be swallowed. Not suitable for children under 3 years. Choking hazard.
CAUTION! Use under direct adult supervision.

Disposal note for batteries
Since our shipments may contain batteries and rechargeable batteries, we are required by the Battery Act (BattG) to inform you of the following: Batteries and rechargeable batteries may not be disposed of in household waste, but you are legally obliged to return used batteries and rechargeable batteries. Used batteries may contain harmful substances that can damage the environment or your health if not stored or disposed of properly. However, batteries also contain important raw materials such as iron, zinc, manganese or nickel and can be recycled. You can either return the batteries to us after use or return them free of charge in the immediate vicinity (e.g. in retail outlets or municipal collection points or in our dispatch warehouse). The return of batteries to sales outlets is limited to the usual quantities for end users and to those used batteries that the distributor carries or has carried in its product range as new batteries.
The sign with the crossed-out garbage can means that you must not dispose of batteries and rechargeable batteries in the household garbage. Under this sign you will also find the following symbols with the following meaning:
Pb: battery contains more than 0.004 mass percent lead
Cd: Battery contains more than 0.002 mass percent cadmium
Hg: Battery contains more than 0.0005% mercury by mass.
Please note that operating and/or connection errors are beyond our control. Understandably, we cannot accept any liability for damage resulting from such errors.
